WHAT IS MADEWELL INSIDER?
Madewell Insider is our free U.S. loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more (and better) perks you get. Yep, it’s that easy and that good.
HOW DO I JOIN MADEWELL INSIDER?
All you have to do is create an account online or sign up for an account with an associate in one of our stores. The program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required. So go ahead, get in on those benefits. Become a Madewell Insider now.
WHAT BENEFITS DO MADEWELL INSIDERS GET?
The benefits of the program vary depending on your tier status, but all Madewell Insiders receive a birthday gift, free shipping and handling, free returns and more. HOW IS MY MADEWELL INSIDER TIER STATUS DETERMINED?
Your Madewell Insider status is determined by how much you spend each calendar year at Madewell stores and at madewell.com (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your account. HOW DO POINTS WORK?
In addition to program tier benefits, Insider members also earn points. It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn one point. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars (“Rewards”). For every 250 points you earn, you get $10 in Rewards to redeem on future purchases. DO ALL PURCHASES COUNT FOR POINTS?
Any eligible purchase made at a Madewell store or at madewell.com will count for points. In the absence of a special offer, the point total you earn is equal to the amount spent after promotional offers but before taxes and shipping charges have been applied. HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
Once a reward is earned, you can redeem as follows:

Online: You can redeem Rewards online at checkout. Just log in using your Madewell Insider email address. At checkout you will see a Rewards box where you can choose to apply your Reward.
2.
In-stores: Just provide your Madewell Insider email address to the associate at checkout and the associate will be able to apply your Reward.
DO REWARDS EXPIRE?
Yes, Rewards will expire 45 days after you receive the reward in your Insider account. When any Reward is issued to your account, you will receive an email notification. Visit our Terms and Conditions page to view full program details.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY POINTS, REWARDS AND TIER INFORMATION?
Sign in at madewell.com. You will see your current points, Rewards, and tier information on the My Account page.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY PURCHASES COUNT TOWARD MADEWELL INSIDER TIERS AND POINT
ACCUMULATION?

Online: Sign in at madewell.com with your Madewell Insider email address before making a purchase.
2.
In stores: Provide the store associate with your Madewell Insider email address at checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS?
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
CAN I COMBINE SPEND FROM MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS INTO A SINGLE ACCOUNT?
We cannot combine accounts at this time and urge you to use a single email address for all transactions at Madewell stores and madewell.com to ensure you receive credit toward Madewell Insider loyalty program tier status for every qualifying purchase made going forward. CAN I SIGN UP IF I DON’T LIVE IN THE U.S.?
At the moment, the Madewell Insider program is only available to U.S. residents.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY GIFT?
All Madewell Insiders who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Madewell. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email. Update your email preferences and birthday information.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MADEWELL INSIDER LOYALTY PROGRAM GIFTS?
Madewell Stars and Madewell Icons are eligible for certain special gifts, as illustrated in the chart above. If your spend qualifies you as a Star or Icon, you will receive an email with additional information when your gift(s) are ready for redemption. Make sure to update your email preferences to stay informed.
